All team members are eligible to participate in the Johnny Rockets 401k Retirement Savings Plan* after completing one year of continuous service, 1,000 hours worked during the year, and if they are at least 21 years of age. We also have a company match! |

TRAINING & PROMOTION OPPORTUNITIES
Our top-notch training programs help you to succeed beginning day one. We have a comprehensive training program customized for each crew position so you will have all the tools you need to take care of our guests. We also offer a detailed Supervisor Training program which develops business and management skills in our employees interested in leadership roles with the company. Many of the successful managers and leaders in Johnny Rockets today have been developed through our training programs and promoted from within. We love to promote from within... just like we love delicious hamburgers!
