John Fuller - President & CEO

Originally hired as the CFO of Johnny Rockets, in April 2008, Fuller previously managed business finances for restaurant companiesthat include Rubio’s, Del Taco and CKE Restaurants. “My vision is to embrace our Guest-focused model that recognizesand addresses every level of customer within the organization, from the top down, and to bring greater market penetrationby delivering the right Johnny Rockets concepts in the right locations.” Fuller received a BA in Economics from UCLA was a CPAwith the worldwide firm of KPMG for nine years. Assuming the role of President and CEO, in January 2010, he was featured inthe international CBS hit series, “Undercover Boss,” in December of that year.

Marc Abenoja - Director, International Operations

An integral part of Johnny Rockets, since June 1993, Abenoja has vast experience with the brand. He served as a CertifiedTraining Manager, for seven years, showing the ropes to hundreds of international and domestic restaurant managers. He wasalso a key element in the brand’s successful expansion on the East Coast, including Florida, New York, New Jersey, South Carolina,Atlanta, Tennessee and Virginia, as well as what are now 11 restaurants on Royal Caribbean Cruise Line ships. From there,he became Johnny Rockets’ District Manager for Florida and Tennessee, then Corporate Training Manager, in 2000. In that role,he revamped the entire training system for both hourly and management positions and created effective procedures for newrestaurant openings. In his current position as Director of International Operations, Abenoja oversees day-to-day operationsand has managed all training aspects of new openings in markets that include the Bahamas, Indonesia, Dominican Republic,Mexico, Cyprus, Chile, Germany, Panama, Philippines and South Korea.

Chris Carver - Senior Vice President, Operations

With Johnny Rockets since July, 2007, Carver has held the Franchise Operations titles of Director, Executive Director and VicePresident. He has worked diligently toward - and succeeded in - creating mutually beneficial relationships throughout theJohnny Rockets Franchise community and has been key in managing the effectiveness of the Franchise Leadership Council.Prior to joining the Company, Carver was an educator, franchisee and executive with brands that include Togo’s and DunkinDonuts Brands. He received his BA degree from UCLA and holds Masters degrees in both psychology and education.

Art Tinajero - Sr. Director, Marketing

Tinajero was assigned the responsibility of leading the Johnny Rockets' Marketing in May of 2013. Art first joined Johnny Rockets as Director of Field Marketing in 2010. His responsibilities included the development of Local Store Marketing strategies and tactics for both Franchise and Corporate stores system-wide. Art's background includes leading the marketing for brands like Marie Callender's and HootWinc, Inc (Hooter's Restaurants). Art also has had executive marketing roles at Taco Bell and Unocal 76.

Alan Hinson - Executive Director, Legal Services

Hinson originally joined Johnny Rockets in November 2004 as Manager, Development Services. He was promoted to his currentposition in June 2008, and is responsible for preparing, reviewing and negotiating all franchise and development contractsfor the company. He was elected Secretary of the Corporation in June 2008. Prior to joining Johnny Rockets, he servedas Real Estate Contracts Manager for CKE Restaurants, Inc., for almost eight years. Hinson received a Juris Doctor degree fromWestern State University, College of Law, in 1990.

Cozette Koerber - VP, Brand Marketing & Corporate Communication

Koerber manages the reputation and overall voice of the Johnny Rockets brand. She also oversees the Public Relations, InternalCommunications, Guest Relations and Social Media activities for the Company and serves as its spokesperson. Heraldingfrom world-class lifestyle brands that include Jenny Craig, Sony, Domino’s Pizza, Eddie Bauer and PETsMART, Koerber specializesin creating a cohesive tone and message platform for growing global companies.

James Leung - Executive Director, Purchasing & Distribution

Since joining Johnny Rockets in March of 2008, Leung has overseen purchasing, distribution, vendor evaluation and contract negotiation in all categories, including protein, produce, beverage, supplies and equipment. Providing support to franchisees on all levels, he is also involved in the product development process and provides both cost and recipe analysis. Previously, Leung held similar positions with IAG Coffee, Robeks Juice, Universal Studio and LA Food. He was also an account executive for Sysco Food Service. A graduate of California State Polytechnic University of Pomona with a BS degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, he is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Lacy Novell Morris - Executive Director, Information Technology

With Johnny Rockets, since 2009, Morris has been incremental in revamping and launching the Company’s reporting andInformation Systems, gift and credit card programs, Web site overhaul, e-Commerce solutions and acquisition of valuablenew hard- and software to streamline operations. Prior to joining the Company, he spent 8 years at Rubio’s Restaurants, firstas Project Manager and then as Store Systems Technical Manager. He was also a Principal Developer at SkyPoint Technologiesand Experience Engineer at Electronic Arts. Morris is a Multiple Industry Certified Solutions Expert, specializing in the developmentof Corporate Enterprise Systems and public website development.

Paul Nishiyama - Vice President, Operations

Veteran of the restaurant industry for over 25 years, Nishiyama manages the operations of about 30 Corporate-owned Johnny Rockets restaurants, training department and oversees all Information Technology for the brand. Before coming on boardwith Johnny Rockets, in 2008, Nishiyama assisted in growing the Rubio’s Fresh Mexican Grill chain from 2 stores to a successful200 locations. He also helped modernize Johnny Rockets IT systems by launching various, advanced software, hardware andtelecom systems suitable for both corporate and franchise stores.

James Walker - Chief Development Officer

Walker joined Johnny Rockets in December of 2013 where he oversees domestic development strategy, including construction, design and real estate. He brings more than twenty years experience in franchise development to the Johnny Rockets team. Previously, Walker served as the CDO for the Tampa Florida based Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and The Brass Tap concepts. Prior to this, Walker served as CDO of Fresh Brands, the parent company of Baja Fresh, Sweet Factory, La Salsa and Canyon’s Burger. Walker also served as National Director of Operations for AFC Enterprises/Cinnabon, Inc.

Scott Chorna — Senior Vice President, International Development

Chorna provides overall leadership and strategic direction in the expansion of the brand’s international footprint, including development, franchise sales and construction.Before joining the Johnny Rockets senior leadership team in November 2013, Chorna served as Director of International New Business Development for FOCUS Brands, a multi-brand fast food franchisor with over 4000 units globally. While at FOCUS Brands, Chorna established over 25 new international markets for high-profile brands including Cinnabon, Carvel Ice Cream, Schlotsky’s, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Auntie Annie’s Pretzels. An international business management expert who has also worked for brands such as ABSOLUT VODKA, Subway, Baskin-Robbins, and Dunkin’ Donuts throughout his accomplished career, Chorna has lived in three major Asian cities (Taipei, Beijing, and Hong Kong), speaks fluent Mandarin, and has developed an acute understanding of the Asia Pacific Region.
