PROMOTION PERIOD: Johnny Rockets, “Rocket E-Club Sweepstakes” (“the Promotion”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) 11/15/10 and ends at 11:59 PM ET 1/9/11(the “Promotion Period”)

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, excluding residents of Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions. Employees of Johnny Rockets (“Sponsor”) and Unique Vacations Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the “Promotion Parties”), and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child or sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same households of each of these individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void in Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. Unique Vacations Inc. is neither a sponsor nor endorser of this sweepstakes.

TO ENTER: Between 12:01 AM Eastern Time ET on November 15, 2010 and 11:59 PM ET on January 9, 2011 (the “Entry Period”), there are two (2) ways to enter: 1) Online: If you are an existing Johnny Rockets email club member who directly receives an email you are automatically entered. New members must register for the Johnny Rockets E-club at www.johnnyrockets.com to then enter for the sweepstakes. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on January 9, 2011 to be eligible.
2) Text Message: If you are an existing Johnny Rockets text E-club member who directly receives text messages you are automatically entered. For new members Text ROCKETS000@99158 to be entered into the sweepstakes. Standard text messaging rates apply for text messages sent and received. All text message entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on January 9, 2011 to be eligible. Please check your carrier for pricing plan details and text messaging capabilities. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per wireless phone number, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person, email address, or wireless phone number in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWING: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about January 24, 2011 from all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified by phone, and/or e-mail on or about January 24, 2011 and will be asked to verify his/her eligibility. Potential winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected.

PRIZE (1):
Grand Pineapple Beach Resort Vacation For Two! One (1) prize is available. Trip is valid for winner and a guest on a 4 Day 3 Nights All-Inclusive vacation to winner’s choice of either of the Caribbean Grand Pineapple Beach Resort All-Inclusive resort destinations: St. John’s, Antigua or Negril, Jamaica. Trip must be taken from promotional period end date January 16, 2011 through January 31, 2012. No extension will be given after the prize has expired, January 31, 2012. Trip includes Roundtrip coach airfare for 2 from a major gateway within the United States to either St. John’s, Antigua or Negil, Jamaica, deluxe accommodations, all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily and nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, and gratuities. Telephone calls, spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, island departure taxes and purchases made at the specialty shops are not included. All necessary travel documents are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. All other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, fuel supplement charges, air and ground transportation, travel insurance, items of a personal nature (i.e. shore excursions, alcoholic beverages, photographs, medical services, passport fees, luggage fees, dining surcharges, spa services, internet, etc.) and any services or products for which an additional fee is charged are not provided as part of the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner or guest. The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. A minor may accompany the winner as a guest only if the winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. The winner and guest must each execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If any guest is a minor, such release must be executed by his/her parent or legal guardian. ARV: $3,500 Actual value may vary based on number of point of departure and dates of travel. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled or illegible entries, text messages, registrations or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, wireless, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, cellular tower, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries or text messages, the announcement of the prize or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries or text messages, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, The Regan Group, Unique Vacations, and their respective parents, partners, affiliates, divisions, franchisees, distributors, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account or wireless phone number, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account or wireless phone number account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person (1) who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or (ii) who is assigned to a wireless telephone number by a wireless service provider. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

GOVERNING LAW: The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of California and those courts located in Los Angeles, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event that any dispute arises regarding the Sweepstakes or the prize, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any and all disputes shall be brought individually without resort to any form of class action. Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. In no event shall entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs or expenses.
