Franchise With Us
PATH TO OWNERSHIP
As a Johnny Rockets Franchise Partner, you are part of a collaboration of restaurateurs, those of whom are more than just “franchisees.” Our partners are selected for their ability to believe in the past, present and future of our brand, and they know we are committed to this partnership in every way.
It all begins with an application. From there you’ll complete the franchise process in 60 to 90 days through the following steps.
When we receive your inquiry, our first step is to confirm you have the minimum financial requirements needed to succeed. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a Franchise Application, and you’re on to step two.
The Johnny Rockets Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) is sent and contains all disclosures about our Company. It also provides the tools needed to determine your business plan. Once you return the acknowledgement of receipt and verification of funds, we can proceed to step three.
StepFinancial Qualification/FDD Review
Next, Johnny Rockets evaluates all documents to determine if you qualify as a Johnny Rockets Franchisee.
This is where the fun begins! We’ll host you at our Global Restaurant Support Center and give you the chance to speak to Management Team members. We encourage you to take this time to complete your due diligence prior to attending this all day event.
We will review your site selections and provide you with our feedback on your chosen area. We’ll help you determine the best location, size, venue type and expression to make your Johnny Rockets restaurant succeed.
Once your Johnny Rockets development strategy is confirmed and design and location are chosen, we will provide you with a Franchise Agreement for your designated site. Once your Agreement is signed, our team will work with you throughout the entire process of opening your restaurant.
Once your Franchise Agreement and lease has been completed you’ll be invited back to our global Restaurant Support Center for a New Franchisee Orientation. From planning, permitting, construction, inventory set up, signage, staff training and the grand opening, we are your partner every step of the way.
