3. Where can I redeem my Johnny Rockets Gift Card?

At any participating domestic, non-theme park locations.

4. Where can I redeem my Johnny Rockets E-Gift Card?

At any participating domestic, non-theme park locations. You may also check on your Yiftee voucher to “See locations” which will provide you a list of participating restaurants.

5. What can I buy with my Johnny Rockets Gift Card?

You can purchase any delicious menu item or merchandise at a participating Johnny Rockets location.

6. How can I find the balance on my Gift Card?

If the card is plastic with a magnetic strip on the back, you can check your balance at the number provided on the back of the card. 1-800-252-5353.

7. How can I check the balance of my YIftee E- Gift Card?

You can either click on the links from your Yiftee voucher on your smart device or go the Yiftee Gift Card section on this website and select, “Check EGift Balance” in the middle right-hand corner.

8. Are your Gift Cards re-loadable?

We apologize as both our plastic cards and E-Gift Cards are not re-loadable.

9. What should I do if my Johnny Rockets Gift Card is stolen?

Gift Cards are treated like cash. If they are lost, stolen or damaged, they cannot be replaced.

10. Do I need to purchase a new Johnny Rockets Gift Card when my balance is used up?

Yes.

11. Am I able to participate in special restaurant promotions if I purchase a Johnny Rockets Gift Card online?

Yes. Gift cards can be used on any Johnny Rockets food and beverage products.

12. Is there a service fee of any unused balance on my Gift Card or E-Gift Card?

No there is no service fee for unused cards.

13. Do your Gift Cards of E-Gift Cards expire?

While our plastic Gift Cards do not expire, our E-Gift Cards do. Once they are expired the value of the E-Gift Card will go to zero. The expiration date will be available on your YIftee voucher.

14. Can I purchase multiple Gift Cards?

Yes, you can do this in person at a participating Johnny Rockets restaurant; or click on “Yiftee” above and you can select the quantity and amount of each gift card.

15. What happens if my E-Gift card is not received?

Please contact Yiftee Customer Service and they can resend it to your recipient.

16. How long should it take to receive an E-Gift Card?

About 10-15 minutes; it can take up to 24 hours.

17. Can Gift Cards be refunded?

No, Gift Cards cannot be refunded.

18. Can I order a Gift Card online and have it picked up at a restaurant?

No, you are not able to order a Gift Card online and pick it up at any location.

19. Can I purchase a Gift Card over the phone?

No, you may not purchase a Gift Card over the phone.
